He brings more than two decades of experience in educational leadership, including serving as Principal of Dubai College, leading it to be recognised as the World’s Best British International School. With strong ties to the English capital through his postgraduate studies at King’s College London and UCL’s Institute of Education, his career has been defined by a commitment to academic excellence and the holistic development of every student.

Adam Webster leads the development of Edge’s innovative learning programme, combining educational expertise with deep knowledge of adaptive learning and personalised education. With more than 15 years’ experience designing future-focused curricula, he is driven by a desire to help children progress with confidence, secure their learning and develop the skills needed for a rapidly changing world.
