Nadim M. Nsouli, founder of Inspired Education Group, has spent over a decade shaping a new standard in international education, pioneering a student-centred, globally relevant model that enables young people to thrive with confidence, purpose and ambition.

Inspired Edge Academy is the next expression of this vision: a forward-looking learning model designed to evolve with the world students are entering, combining personalised pathways, adaptive technology and real-world application. Launching in Lisbon, Edge represents the next chapter in how education can be delivered at scale.

Mike is Inspired's Global Education Director and believes today's world is at an exciting stage for reimagining what education can be. He brings over two decades of educational leadership, most notably as Principal of Dubai College where he led the school to become the Best British International School in the World. With graduate studies at King's College London and UCL's Institute of Education, Mike's career has been defined by a commitment to academic excellence and the development of the whole child.

With more than 20 years of international leadership experience across education, executive learning and high-growth digital businesses, Marc has built and scaled organisations across EMEA, Asia and the Americas.P rior to joining Inspired, Marc led the executive education and leadership development business at Hult Ashridge, part of EF Education First. He has also held senior leadership positions at leading education and EdTech organisations, including Higher Ed Partners and Headspring Executive Development, the joint venture between the Financial Times and IE Business School.

Adam Webster leads the development of Edge’s innovative learning programme, bringing together educational expertise with a deep understanding of adaptive learning and personalised education. With more than 15 years’ experience shaping future-focused curricula, he is driven by a desire to help children make meaningful progress, secure their learning and develop the skills they need to thrive in a rapidly changing world.

Joana Simas is an educator and global EdTech leader with over eighteen years’ experience in teaching, school leadership, educational publishing helping educators and leaders turn innovation into meaningful impact in the classroom. She is Founding Director of Inspired Edge Academy Lisbon, reflecting her leadership in educational innovation and technology-enabled learning. A former Primary and Middle School teacher and school leader, Joana believes technology is the tool, not the purpose, and champions purposeful, human-centred approaches to learning. She has authored books, school textbooks, and teaching and learning resources, and regularly speaks and writes about education, leadership, and the future of learning.
