Mike is Inspired's Global Education Director and believes London is the world's most exciting stage for reimagining what education can be. He brings over two decades of educational leadership, most notably as Principal of Dubai College where he led the school to become the Best British International School in the World. With deep roots in the capital through his graduate studies at King's College London and UCL's Institute of Education, Mike's career has been defined by a commitment to academic excellence and the development of the whole child.

With more than 20 years of international leadership experience across education, executive learning, and high-growth digital businesses, he has built and scaled organisations across EMEA, Asia, and the Americas.

Prior to joining Inspired, Marc led the executive education and leadership development business at Hult Ashridge (part of EF Education First) and held senior leadership positions with leading education and edtech organisations, including Higher Ed Partners and Headspring Executive Development, the joint venture between the Financial Times and IE Business School. His expertise in education, technology, commercial growth, and leadership development positions him to lead the growth and success of Inspired Edge Academy during our flagship launch in London in 2027 and in major cities around the world.
