Mike is Inspired's Global Education Director and believes London is the world's most exciting stage for reimagining what education can be. He brings over two decades of educational leadership, most notably as Principal of Dubai College where he led the school to become the Best British International School in the World. With deep roots in the capital through his graduate studies at King's College London and UCL's Institute of Education, Mike's career has been defined by a commitment to academic excellence and the development of the whole child.

Adam leads the development of Edge’s innovative learning programme, combining educational expertise with deep knowledge of adaptive learning and personalised education. With over 15 years’ experience designing future-focused curricula, he is driven by a commitment to help children progress with confidence, consolidate their learning, and develop the skills needed for a rapidly changing world.
